About Masters Apply Courses

Are all courses offered on a university campus?
No, while some courses, or course elements, may be presented on-campus, the selected course locations are carefully chosen to provide participants with a learning venue that is most appropriate for the academic and industry components of the course.

Must a participant take a minimum number of courses at the university in which he/she chooses to register?
No, the only restrictions regarding courses taken is that to qualify for the Masters Degree, a participant must complete a minimum of five courses from the Technology and Processes stream and minimum of two courses from the Business and Management stream.

When do I select the courses I would like to take?

Once you have registered the ADMI M.Eng. Program at one of the partner universities, you will be advised to enroll in one or more of the near-term courses that you elect to take. At the time of enrollment in a particular course the course fee of $2500 must be paid to hold your place in the course. The number of participants enrolled in each course will be limited.

If you choose to not register for the Masters Degree Program, but would like to take one or more ADMI courses, identify the specific course on the Preliminary Application form and forward it to register at the partner university of your choice. Once your application has been approved, you will be enrolled in the course. To confirm your participation in the course, payment of the course fee ($2500 per course) must be received by the university of registration.

When will I pay additional fees associated with each course?
This fee, for course-specific materials, will average $100 per course and will not exceed $300 per course. The fee is to be paid by cheque payable to the Advanced Design and Manufacturing Institute at the opening session of the course.
