The Program Committee is an ad hoc committee established to advise on and coordinate partner university input into ADMI program curriculum development, quality of courses and to assist the program Executive Director with recruitment of course leaders and external marketing of the program. Ultimate approval of courses and course content resides with the home departments and each university's graduate school.

The Program Committee consists of one graduate teaching representative of the engineering faculty of each partner university, up to two representatives from graduate teaching faculty from partner university Schools of Business and/or Management, and up to two representatives from industry, selected by the academic members of the Committee.
